Custom labeling of antibodies and antigens

DxRS experts have several decades of experience conjugating a wide variety of molecules including antibodies, proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides. Our expertise allows us to quickly and efficiently label your samples at an affordable price. We specialize in enzyme and phycobiliprotein conjugation, providing highly purified conjugates with optimal signal-to-noise ratios. Common labels for antibodies and antigens include:

  • Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)
  • Alkaline Phosphatase (AP)
  • Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC)
  • R-Phycoerythrin (PE)
  • Allophycocyanin (APC)
  • Peridinin Chlorophyll (PerCP)
  • Biotin
  • Cyanine 3, Cyanine 5, Cyanine 7

We can accommodate almost any reaction scale, including antibody conjugations as small as 100ug. Other dye formats can also be made available upon customer request. Send us a request with your sample requirements and we'll get back to you quickly with a price quote.

Micro-Scale Conjugation

NOW AVAILABLE! Small scale antibody conjugation, as low as 100ug. Labeling small quantities of protein can be a difficult task; even off-the-shelf kits have their restrictions. Lack of purification and strict requirements on buffer composition and antibody concentration can make the task difficult, especially when the protein of interest is in limited supply. Avoid the hassle!

Antibody quantities as low as 100 ug can be conjugated to any of our available enzymes or dyes. Micro conjugates are column purified and provided in stabilizing buffer for high signal-to-noise ratio and long shelf life. An affordable way to screen large numbers of antibodies. Multiple molar ratios can be tested on the same antibody to determine optimal conjugation conditions. Good for pilot scale testing before committing to larger scale production. Preserve precious and expensive samples. (Micro-Scale services starting at $150 USD)

Peptide conjugation for antibody development

Improve the immunogenicity of your peptide! We can conjugate peptides to KLH, BSA or ovalbumin. Peptides can also be coupled to beads for use in peptide affinity purification.
